From the viewer to the signed report on one screen: a DICOM/JPEG viewer in the browser, structured RADS templates, voice dictation and patient delivery by link or WhatsApp. Sold by subscription to radiologists in Mexico.
The challenge
Independent radiologists work through many studies in a sitting. Desktop viewers that need installing, reports typed from scratch and results handed over on CDs or by email slow every one of them down, and each practice must keep its patients' data strictly separate from every other.
What we built
We built a multi-tenant SaaS with a browser-based DICOM/JPEG viewer next to the report editor, structured RADS templates with self-structuring dictation and phrase autocomplete, study storage and export on S3, and secure delivery links for patients. Tenant isolation is enforced in the database with row-level security, failing closed.
What changed
Orion Viewer runs in production at app.orionviewer.com with a 30-day free trial and monthly or annual subscriptions per radiologist. Nothing to install: the viewer, the report and the patient delivery live in one screen.
