The challenge
Clinical practices needed a modern, affordable SaaS solution to manage patient records, appointment scheduling, and billing — without the complexity and cost of legacy EMR systems. The platform needed multi-tenant isolation, Stripe-based subscription billing, and a data architecture designed with healthcare compliance in mind.
What we built
We built a multi-tenant SaaS platform from the ground up with tenant-isolated data storage, Stripe integration for subscription billing and payment processing, and a role-based access system for clinic staff. The architecture was designed with HIPAA-conscious data handling patterns throughout.
