The Challenge
A contract intelligence company serving major banking and legal clients needed to build an AI-driven change control system that could analyze contract metadata, track amendments across document versions, and enforce granular role-based access for different client tiers. The existing codebase also required significant modernization to support new AI features.
Our Approach
We designed an AI-powered change control pipeline that extracts and compares contract metadata across versions, flagging significant amendments for human review. We implemented a comprehensive RBAC system supporting banking, finance, and legal user roles with different access levels. In parallel, we modernized the legacy codebase to improve testability and deployment velocity.
