The Challenge
Restaurant owners needed a unified platform to manage customers, orders, and WhatsApp conversations. They were juggling multiple tools and losing orders because manual WhatsApp responses were too slow during peak hours.
Our Approach
We built a real-time CRM with Django Channels for WebSocket connections, dual WhatsApp provider support (Meta Cloud API + Baileys), and an AI-powered workflow automation engine. The system handles everything from customer intake to order fulfillment through automated conversation flows.
