AI agents that talk to customers over chat, voice and WhatsApp, connected to each company's own documents and tools: they answer, book appointments and create leads. We build them and run them.
The challenge
Businesses want an assistant that knows their catalogue, prices and policies and answers on the channels their customers already use, without a generic chatbot that guesses, and without each company having to build and host its own.
What we built
A multi-tenant platform where each company uploads its sources, which are embedded into a vector store and retrieved for every answer (RAG). Agents run on web chat, voice and WhatsApp, with real-time messaging over WebSockets and background ingestion and tool calls handled by workers.
What changed
RAG Chats runs in production at ragchats.ai. Companies can start on their own or have DevBox build and operate the agent for them.
