The Challenge

MAKA Event Rentals managed their equipment inventory, orders, and customer communications through manual processes and disconnected tools. As the business grew, tracking availability, handling reservations, and coordinating deliveries became increasingly error-prone.

Our Approach

We built a full-stack rental management platform with a Next.js frontend and Django backend. The system includes a product catalog with real-time availability, a cart and checkout flow tailored for rental periods, order lifecycle management, and integrated customer support and notifications.

A purpose-built rental tracking platform that manages the full order lifecycle — from browsing and cart to confirmation, delivery, and return. The system includes real-time product availability, automated notifications, a customer support module, and a profile system for returning clients.
