The Challenge

A consulting firm needed a centralized analytics dashboard to consolidate data from multiple client engagements, provide real-time notifications for KPI changes, and manage role-based access for consultants, managers, and clients. Their existing spreadsheet-based reporting was slow and error-prone.

Our Approach

We built a full-stack analytics platform with a Django backend and Next.js frontend, deployed on AWS. The system includes real-time notification pipelines, granular role management, and integration with Splunk for log aggregation and monitoring. Dashboards were designed for self-service use by non-technical stakeholders.
